My specialty is scaling data teams, tools, and processes during hypergrowth and IPOs. I’ve spent more than a decade mining massive datasets for beloved brands like Duolingo, Blue Apron, and YouTube. I’ve led forecasting and data analytics for newly-public companies – twice. Along the way, I’ve hired more than 50 data scientists, analysts, product managers, engineers, and designers.
